I love this car seat and will never buy anything but Britax. We were involved in a car accident and "upgraded" to the Click n save, but I don't think the feature is really worthwhile. We have had the seats for about 6-8 months. The strap is not easily accessible in a rear facing seat, so the feature cannot be used. I guess it is nice for those who are not sure how tight to make the straps. Overall, I do love Britax Boulevard!!!


This car seat is the best. Great safety features such as the slick and safe, easy to install, and the peace of mind knowing it is a Britax. For the extra 20$ it is worth getting the click and safe version.


I bought this car seat when my son was 18 months old and wish I would have bought it to begin with. This seat rear faces from 5 lbs up to 35 lbs and forward faces from 20 lbs to 65 lbs. It comes with an infant pillow that surrounds the baby and keeps them safe. I can use this seat with my 19 month old as well as with my 4.5 year old so it will last a while.

We had the Evenflo Triumph Advance and I loved the infinite strap adjustment on it so when looking for a new seat, that's one of the things I was looking for. I like the fact that once the seat is installed, you don't have to take it out to adjust the height on the straps. The straps on the Britax are much sturdier than the Evenflo, they don't tangle as much, and just seem to be better quality. The Click and Safe system is awesome as it doesn't click anymore once you have the straps tight enough.

This seat is very easy to install and very light to carry around. I have a small car and it fit forward facing without any problems getting a tight install.

Britax makes wonderful products that will last a long time. I highly recommend this seat to anyone considering it.


I researched and researched forward facing car seats. I debated buying this car seat for about a month. I finally decided to buy it and I am glad I did.
Positives:
Easy to install. It took us about 15 minutes to install with LATCH.
(just read the instructions a couple of times and watch the video on-line if you think you'll have trouble)
The seat fits well forward facing in our car. (Pacifica) It actually takes up less room then her infant carrier.
It is easy to adjust the positions. No loops, no straps to re-thread.
My child appears comfortable and the HUGS system ensures nothing rubs on her.
The safety rating is the best!
Negatives:
The Click and Safe feature is pointless. It doesn't get snug enough, even though it "clicks." It is actually harder to make the harness tight enough. I wish we would have bought just the Boulevard.
For the price, not a lot of features like cup holder. Not a big deal, but would have been nice.
It does not fit well into my husbands Civic. We are looking into a smaller Britax.
Overall, it is a wonderful seat. It is easy to clean and I feel comfortable knowing my child is in a super safe top rated car seat. I don't think I would use rear facing just because it doesn't have a removable base, so you would have to remove infant from seat to take in and out of home, store, ect. Summary: Great Forward facing infant seat!


I ordered this seat but we are having to return it because it doesn't fit in the '02 Mercury Sable, or the '03 Sable. I can't see over it and doesn't squeeze into the backseat very well. I can't comfortably move the front seats forward any more than they are. This is a fabulously built seat though, but we're going to have to buy the Diplomat or Roundabout instead. Another issue is that although our baby meets the height/weight requirements, she doesn't meet the "seated shoulder height" requirement. I put the harness on the lowest setting and it's way above her shoulders still. I'm going to have to use the infant carrier until she grows another inch or so. I really wish we could have used this seat so hence the five stars.


Having had many Britax carseats with our three children, I find this to be the best! Worth the money.


I love most everything about these seats I can't wait until our baby is a year old so it will suit our situation better..... It is very big. I have a Range Rover HSE and it was a really tight fit. Also for rear facing infant I could not see over the top even with the baby mirror. I would reccomend a regular infatnt seat until the baby is bigger (I like to call them "The Bucket" ) Also this seat does not remove to carry or shop with the infant in the bucket. I think we will love it when the baby is a year old...not 6 months.


Here are the principal reasons I purchased this seat: (1) Safety. I researched online and shopped around to various stores and, although I'm no expert in car seats, it seems that Britax has been in the business for many years and has been on the leading edge of making sure their seats are the safest. If you review the information that came with the seat, and if you browse the Britax website, you will get a good idea of the innovation built into these car seats. This particular model is one of, if not their best, as far as safety is concerned. (2) Functionality. We played around with various seats at Babies R Us and we think this one is one of the easiest to use. It has nice comfortable shoulder straps for our daughter, its easy to buckle up, and I am not kidding it took 3 minutes to install this into my 1997 Grand Cherokee. (3) Style. My wife thought the cow print was awesome, and I kind of like it because it can work for boys and girls. I was originally thinking we should get a nice pink seat for our daughter, but then what if we have a boy next....we'd be shelling out for another seat (or embarrasing him in a pink one). So there you have it, the three reasons we bought this seat. We've had it for about 3 months now and have no complaints. Also, you'd be wise to get it from Amazon. I research prices online like a mad man, and this seat could not be purchased for less than I got it on Amazon. Don't forget the free shipping...that adds up. Of course, you should check to make sure Amazon still has the best price but when I bought they were it. Good luck!


The car seat was wonderful. It looks great, is nice and soft and the baby does not seem to mind being in it. The only negative I can say is it is difficult to figure out how to install it properly.
